Report the incident as soon as possible. All incidents involving theft or attempted theft require a police report in order to make a claim.
Once we’ve received the information requested in support of your claim, we will notify the carrier and supply them with the documentation. They will review your claim and make a decision based on the information you have provided.
Once your claim has been approved, there are a couple of possible outcomes: Your bicycle and/or insured item may be repaired or replaced or you may be offered a payment for the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the bicycle or item yourself.
