Recently was involved in a racing crash that left me with a broken frame and injuries. Carlisle at Sundays was awesome from day 1. I called unable to use my hands at the time and he completed the claim information for me to help. The process takes some time, but in my opinion that’s to be expected. Communication was clear, concise, and timely. Requirement and requests to me were made plainly. Received payment for replacement of my frame as well as supplemental funds towards ER visit bills related to the crash. Highly recommended.

I've had a Sundays policy for a couple of years on a mid-range gravel bike, and just added our new e-bike for a very reasonable rate. The entire process on chat with Sundays took about 10 minutes. Highly recommended

Absolutely would recommend. I race bikes for fun, and crashes happen. Recently had a nasty one and Sundays covered the repairs with no if ands or buts. The insurance policy is money well spent and genuine peace of mind when racing on a bike that is the same price as a decent used car... And of course, huge shoutout to the team who are informative, respond quickly, and seem be bikers themselves.

We just bought a very expensive E-bike and really wanted insurance for theft...we dont live in the greatest of areas... Looked around and found this insurance.. exactly what we were looking for!! Hope we never have to use it but it's nice to know that they're there if we do elver need it. - thanks!!

Didn't think I really needed to insure my e-bike since it was on the cheaper end but I figured for $8/month, why not? I mainly commute by bike and bus nowadays so I figured I should have some peace of mind about my main method of transportation. They do cover theft, which is the thing I'm mostly anxious about. The customer support was very helpful and friendly, and made the process easy for someone new to biking. Definitely recommend especially if you're someone who bikes for commute everyday like me.

I'm impressed with Sundays Insurance and I now have piece of mind knowing my Ebike is insured, along with the accessories that I've purchased for it. Upgrading the policy is easy, example for when I've purchased more accessories. I email Max at the Sunday team, give him a copy of what I've purchased and the charge coming from my checking account and he updates my policy quickly. The customer service is great and before I insured my bike they provided me with a sample policy so that I could read it and understand it fully before I became a customer. I'm very greatful to Sundays Insurance Team for all that they have done for me. PS that is not my last name (I'm protecting my PII) but I am a customer, and a happy customer at that. I can't tell you what a great company. I was in a bad accident on my E-bike. I called and asked about bodily injury. I had coverage and I have not gotten the check yet. They will fix my bike or replace it!!!!! Great company!!!!!!

So far the experience has been good, the sales team is good, the claims team is good as well, helped me right away when my bike was stolen, started the process immediately without any delays, I hope their underwriting team works the same way as well.... The bike is registered stolen with the police department, bike index and all other social media platforms to avoid further purchase of this bike, but I hope Sundays insurance considers my case and work the same way they have been supporting till now for my case. Really liked their support and help, highly recommended...

My bike was stolen from my private garage, they cut the lock and forced the entrance. Sunday insurance was amazing with me, they made the claim really fast and all the process was super smooth. Thank you so much for everything.

As a nomad, I don't have the need for a home or renters policy, so I was thrilled to find bike specific coverage that is super affordable! It provides great peace of mind while I'm on the road :) I'm hoping I never need to report my bike stolen, but, just getting my policy set up, they have provided me with stellar customer service! I like that I can upload all my photos and serial number ahead of time so I won't have to scramble putting it together if I ever have to file a claim. Sundays premiums are very low, and you can customize your policy for additional coverage on your modifications and accessories. Thank you!

Hey, All, I definitely recommend getting your bike insured from Sundays. I have a reasonably priced policy on a high end bike. I also had a claim that was processed as quickly as you could expect. The team at Sundays rides bikes, they love their bikes, and they practically love your bike, too. Unlike an Auto or Home insurer dabbling on bike insurance to try and make a buck - This organization understands what’s important to us as riders and they want to get you back on your bike asap. Get your bike insured through Sundays, if it isn’t.
