What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with brands, influencers, and organizations aligned with our mission.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, both virtual and in-person, to engage our community and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign and event execution.
- Analyze the ROI of each partnership and event, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or event management.
- Strong network within the cycling or sports industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
